NotiCel: La Plata enters operational adjustments; rationing is not activated for that system

On August 29, 2026, NotiCel reports that Luis R. González Delgado said Saturday that La Plata officially entered operational adjustments, but that programmed interruptions will not be activated for that system for now. He will watch Dolly's rains Sunday and Monday over the La Plata basin. The AAA, according to that page, has been making La Plata adjustments since May. Adjustments are not automatic rationing.

Carraízo, NotiCel adds, entered adjustments on July 27; rationing on that system continues. Cidra, on August 2. They are also watching Río Blanco, in Naguabo, and Fajardo. The written statement puts around 44 percent in extreme drought. That figure is the statement's, not a meter count. La Plata's 44.83 meters live in another note. This one does not paste them.

On the 28th, El Nuevo Día covered González Delgado saying Dolly was unlikely to move the plans: AAA: Dolly does not change rationing. On the 29th, NotiCel dates the step into adjustments without a programmed cut. Two dates. This note does not rewrite the one from the 28th. The leak line NotiCel publishes is 787-993-2440.

What remains is adjustments without rationing at La Plata, Carraízo still rationed, and 44 percent in the statement. A reader who wants the statement has the NotiCel URL at the foot. This is not original reporting.
