González Delgado: Dolly is unlikely to move the rationing plans
On August 28, 2026, at 6:36 p.m., El Nuevo Día reports, by Manuel Guillama Capella, that the AAA chief executive, Luis R. González Delgado, said Friday that the remnants of Dolly expected this weekend are unlikely to make a significant dent in the rationing plans and other adjustments already in force. He hopes the rains will stop the substantial reservoir drops. There is on this page no measured Sunday total. None is invented.
The photo caption on that URL places La Plata, in Toa Alta, low, and warns that it could soon prompt an additional rationing plan. That warning is the caption's, not a plan already activated. This note does not turn it into one.
On the 27th, El Nuevo Día put D3 at 44.45 percent: more than 44 percent under extreme drought. On the 24th, NotiCel left Carlos Ignacio Pesquera with no immediate operating changes. The 28th is another date and another voice: González Delgado on Dolly. This note does not rewrite the map of the 27th or the committee of the 24th.
What remains is Friday's «unlikely», the hope of stopping the drops, and the caption on La Plata. A reader who wants the full phrase has the El Nuevo Día URL at the foot. This is not original reporting.
