The same GAO-26-107772 states DOE has reallotted or canceled about 715 million dollars originally for community and low-income solar. May 2025: about 365 million from Resilient Communities moved toward grid reliability. January 2026: DOE canceled up to 350 million under Solar Access; destination TBD.

Reallot or cancel is not a new disbursement into homes.
