The Negociado approves 1.34 cents more per kilowatt-hour for July-September

On June 30, 2026, Primera Hora reports that the Negociado de Energía approved a quarterly rise of 1.34 cents per kilowatt-hour for July to September. LUMA had asked 2.34. The tariff goes from 27.23 to 28.57 cents per kilowatt-hour from July 1. The Negociado defers 13.29 million dollars tied to New Fortress and Naturgy — an economic-fuel shortfall — so as not to pass them immediately to the customer. Ramos Soeggard dissents. Those figures are Primera Hora's; the factors-order PDF was not recovered as a separate permalink, and it is not invented.

This act is not the imposed FY2026 budget certification the Junta de Supervisión Fiscal issued the same June 30, a kernel already on this desk. One regulator moves the light cent; the other imposes a consolidated budget. Nor is it the 3,000 million offer to AEE bondholders, announced that day on the Junta portal, nor the FY2026 legislative amendment El Nuevo Día tied to Jenniffer González Colón. Four facts of the 30th, four URLs.

On June 18, the Negociado had cited LUMA and Genera to a technical conference on factors, with a possible adjustment for the June 14 U.S.-Iran agreement. On June 4 it had approved the Model Bill for invoices from July 1. Template, conference, and rise are three steps. The 2.34 requested appears as related in El Nuevo Día on June 24, alongside LUMA's counterclaim; that piece does not set the 1.34. Primera Hora, on the 30th, does.

Ramos Soeggard's dissent is not converted into an invented 2-1 vote if the outlet does not publish the tally. What remain are 1.34, 27.23 to 28.57, 13.29 million, and New Fortress/Naturgy. The Primera Hora URL is at the foot. This is not original reporting.
