Testimony: PRASA FAASt water, 108 to 140 projects; 2.1 billion under construction

On June 17, 2026, Governor González-Colón submitted written testimony to the U.S. Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources. On water and wastewater, she cited FEMA FAASt PRASA projects under construction rising from 108 in December 2024 to 140, valued at 2.1 billion dollars.

Water FAASt is not the 7 billion CIP. It is not Education FAASt.
