ENDI: La Plata rises 1 cm (2nd day); Carraízo 39.14 under observation
On September 13, 2026, El Nuevo Día reported the AAA monitoring: La Plata increased one centimeter for the second consecutive day and reached 44.26 meters, still in 'operational adjustments' —the only reservoir in that category that Sunday. On Saturday it had stopped a downward streak of several weeks.
Carraízo remains under "observation" after losing five centimeters, down to 39.14 meters. Cidra, which on Friday had moved from adjustments to observation, dropped 1 cm to 400.26 m and remained under observation. Also under observation: Río Blanco (−2 cm) and Fajardo (−5 cm).
Thirteen reservoirs went down; in safety, Carite, Toa Vaca, Patillas (−10 cm), Guayabal, Garzas, Lucchetti (−13 cm), Guajataca and Carrillos went down. Dos Bocas, which serves the Superaqueduct, went down 45 cm. Loco (+41 cm), Caonillas, Guayo and Matrullas went up. Reading ≠ resumption of rationing. Update of 711 (NotiCel Sep 7: Carraízo close to adjustments). Primary source: El Nuevo Día 2026-09-13.
