Carraízo rises a fourth day to 39.11 meters; 13 of 19 reservoirs gain water
On Sept. 3, 2026, El Vocero reported AAA’s 5:00 a.m. daily briefing. Carraízo reached 39.11 meters, 19 centimeters above Wednesday, a fourth consecutive day up, and stayed out of operational adjustments. The Sept. 3 reading is not the Sept. 2 reading. This note does not rewrite Carraízo at 38.92 on the 2nd. Of 19 monitored reservoirs, 13 gained water. Cidra stayed at 400.17 meters, still in operational adjustments. Río Blanco remained at 24.91 meters, under observation. An indefinite pause does not make 39.11 the close of the Aug. 7 rationing plan. Monitoring is not new La Plata rationing.
