El Vocero: Board revokes ~5.9 billion Power Expectations contract
El Vocero reports the Oversight Board revoked approval of the temporary generation contract among PREPA, Power Expectations LLC, Enchanted Rock LLC, and Reyes Contractor LLC. El Vocero puts the deal at $5,900 million — about 5.9 billion — for 400 MW over 10 years. ERock Inc. said on Aug. 7 it was not a party and its name and signature were used without authorization. The Board ordered rescission and referral. Ceiling figures are not theft. Distinct from the Board revoke note.
