The Negociado cites LUMA and Genera to a technical conference on factors
On June 18, 2026, the Negociado de Energía issues a Resolution and Order in docket NEPR-MI-2020-0001. It orders LUMA Energy and Genera PR LLC to appear June 25 at 10:00 a.m. at a virtual technical conference on annual and quarterly factors. It attaches information requirements. If it applies, it provides a quarterly-factor amendment tied to the June 14 agreement between the United States and Iran, with a deadline through June 24 at noon. Those dates and that hour are from the regulator's PDF.
The same file serves two lines of a coverage ledger: the June 18 order and the June 25 conference. One note is written, with this URL. There is here no cent per kilowatt-hour that the factors PDF has not put in this piece. The quarterly rise of 1.34 cents that Primera Hora recounted on June 30 is another act, another URL, and another day. This order cites the parties; it does not set the July-to-September tariff.
On June 9, Genera had submitted answers to requirements on the joint FY2027 reconciliation amendment, in another docket (NEPR-MI-2021-0004). On June 15, the Negociado approved contingency accounts. Those PDFs are not this one. Docket MI-2020-0001 is the factors docket. Crossing figures between dockets would invent a single file.
Janisse Quiñones is not named in the order's title; the appearance is LUMA's and Genera's. Edison Avilés Deliz presides over the Negociado, but this note does not put in his mouth a quote the PDF has not highlighted in the ledger. What remain are the June 25 hour, noon on the 24th, and the nexus the regulator made with the June 14 agreement. The reader opens the PDF. This is not original reporting.
