Jenniffer González Colón announces more than 51 million from FEMA, with 28.6 for AEE
On June 12, 2026, Governor Jenniffer González Colón announces the obligation of more than 51 million dollars from FEMA for reconstruction, mitigation, energy, schools, health, and municipal recovery, after María and Ernesto. She thanks Donald J. Trump and Markwayne Mullin again. The release does not put a total to the cent as the June 8 one did (12,957,500.36). What remains is the more than 51 and the breakdown.
Educación, 1,043,939.66 for María debris. DTOP, 10,146,095.10 in Puerta de Tierra sidewalks. Manatí, 1,084,363.20 for municipal hospital, pharmacy, and ambulance garage; 305,733.66 in municipal buildings; 1,319,661.53 for the Acrópolis sports complex. Lajas, 292,361.09. UPR Humacao, 1,800,000.01. Coamo, 1,516,405.88 for the Los Llanos workshop. Añasco, 450,000 at the municipal cemetery. Caguas, 445,341.57 in slopes. AEE, more than 28.6 million in grid mitigation, telecommunications, and vegetation, plus 559,973.30 of emergency for Ernesto. Educación, another 1,250,016.94 of school mitigation and 1,565,778.62 at the Miguel Such school. AAA, 300,042.84 at northern pumping stations. PDM Utility Corp., 137,552.84. San Lorenzo, 110,867.37. Aguas Buenas, 339,914.95 administrative. Jayuya, 326,388.34 administrative for Ernesto.
On June 8 the same Fortaleza had announced 12.9 million. They are not added here into a 64 pot. Two obligations, two URLs. Nor is AEE's 28.6 used to talk about the June 2 Power Expectations contract.
What remains is the line items La Fortaleza named. The reader who wants the Manatí hospital or Puerta de Tierra project worksheet leaves this page for FEMA. This is not original reporting.
Puerta de Tierra, the Manatí hospital, and the Acrópolis are three distinct line items inside the same release. They are not used to verify the 12,957,500.36 of June 8. Jenniffer González Colón thanks Donald J. Trump in both. Two FEMA cuts, two URLs.
