The Junta extends 93.8 million of PRIFA and 4.45 million of Vivienda

On June 10, 2026, the Junta de Supervisión Fiscal signs letter 12784 to OGP. It approves extending through June 30, 2027 93,783,290 dollars of the Puerto Rico Infrastructure Financing Authority (PRIFA), Special Revenue Funds capex from FY2020 to FY2026; 4,453,939 dollars of Vivienda; and the release or extension of 528,943 dollars of the Junta de Planificación for equipment and cybersecurity. Those three lines are from PDF 12784, not from 12801 or 12826 of the same month.

PRIFA is not Fomento (PRIDCO) nor COR3. On June 1, other CR_PUBLIC letters had amended PRIDCO FEMA-inspection contracts with ROV Engineering. This 12784 is an SRF capex remainder, not that vendor. Vivienda's 4,453,939 are not the 15 million HOME-ARP to San Juan and the 15 to Bayamón the Junta approved June 8 with another URL. One department, two instruments.

On June 10 the Junta also certified the revised Special Revenue Funds FY2026 budget and answered other reopenings (12759, 12801). This PDF is PRIFA, Vivienda, and Planificación. It is not used to talk about Edison Avilés Deliz or LUMA. Extending SRF capex through 2027 is not a new PRIFA debt issuance nor a CDBG-DR announcement: it is a PROMESA yes to already existing deadlines. On June 8, another letter had approved HOME-ARP to San Juan and Bayamón; on the 10th, Vivienda reappears with 4,453,939 dollars of another instrument. Two days, two mechanisms, two URLs.

What remain are 93,783,290, 4,453,939, 528,943, and June 30, 2027. The PDF is at the foot. This is not original reporting.
