AEE answers the FY2027 reconciliation RFI and asks secrecy on litigation

On June 9, 2026, the Autoridad de Energía Eléctrica submits to the Negociado de Energía a Motion in Compliance with Resolution and Order in docket NEPR-MI-2021-0004. It answers the May 27 information requirement on the joint FY2027 reconciliation amendment and asks confidential treatment for annexes on litigation evaluation and a possible settlement of judicial claims. That PDF is not Genera PR LLC's motion of the same day and the same docket (Motion to Submit Responses), nor Genera's urgent motion on FY2026 budget-to-actual. Three filings, two Genera URLs already in the June ledger, one of AEE here.

The joint reconciliation amendment the ledger associates with 98,641,949 dollars is the RFI's frame; this note does not reissue that figure if this AEE PDF does not put it again on the cover. What it does put is the confidentiality request on litigation. The plaintiff and the quantum of the settlement are not named here: the filing itself asks that that not come out.

On June 15, the Negociado would resolve FY2026 budgets, the FY2027 amendment, and contingency accounts, with another URL. On the 24th, LUMA would ask to realign the FY2026 provisional, yet another URL. AEE's June 9 motion is compliance and procedural secrecy, not the contingency order nor the realignment. Laura Taylor Swain handles AEE's Title III calendar in another note already published on this desk, June 10; this PDF is not that judicial order. A regulator RFI and a federal scheduling order are not fused.

What remain are the May 27 RFI, AEE as appearing party, and the confidentiality stamp on judicial annexes. The PDF is at the foot. This is not original reporting.
