The Junta moves 1.74 million of Salud to PREPA rent and touches SHPO

On June 5, 2026, the Junta de Supervisión Fiscal issues letter 12666 to OGP. It approves 1,740,727 dollars of Departamento de Salud reassignment — from AAA (PRASA) and nongovernmental entities toward PREPA rent — and 311,862 dollars of the Oficina Estatal de Conservación Histórica for trust payroll and an electricity increase. It is another letter than 12633 of the same day (ACAA, ADSEF, UPR internships). Two PDFs, two URLs, one calendar.

PREPA rent is not the June 30 offer of 3,000 million to unreconciled bondholders, nor the Power Expectations contract El Nuevo Día covered at the start of the month. It is a Salud budget movement toward a location expense. SHPO's 311,862 dollars are not used to talk about Caño Martín Peña nor the IMLS award another June letter recognized. Historic Preservation, in this PDF, is trust payroll and electricity.

On June 2, Robert F. Mujica Jr. had refused to cut 22,063,000 dollars of AAA projected revenues and approved only 12,256,000 of a reapportionment request. That letter to Luis González Delgado is another URL of the June ledger. This 12666 does not reopen it: it moves Salud money that had been classified toward PRASA and NGOs. The list of those NGOs is not invented. PREPA as landlord of Salud offices does not convert this letter into a Title III document: AEE's bankruptcy and a rent line item are distinct threads. On June 30, the Junta would offer 3,000 million to unreconciled bondholders, another URL; that offer is not born of these 1,740,727 rent dollars.

What remain are 1,740,727 and 311,862, PREPA as landlord, and SHPO. PDF 12666 is at the foot. This is not original reporting.
