The Junta approves ACAA, ADSEF reapportionments and 9.82 million in UPR internships

On June 5, 2026, the Junta de Supervisión Fiscal signs letter 12633 to the Oficina de Gerencia y Presupuesto, on various reapportionments. It approves with observations 4,876,509 dollars for ACAA, remodeling, with an extension through December 31, 2026; 1,280,493 dollars for ADSEF, offices in the Capitol Office Building, through June 30, 2027; and 9,822,441 dollars of the Universidad de Puerto Rico, FY2019-FY2020 funds, for training and internships at 13 agencies, conditioned on quarterly reports. Those three lines are from PDF 12633.

It is not letter 12759 of June 10 (Conservatory, Caño Martín Peña), nor 12801 (DDEC, IMLS), nor 12826 (ASG ERP and Fiona match). Nor is it 12666 of the same June 5, which moves 1,740,727 dollars of Salud toward PREPA rent. One day, two letters, two URLs. This note covers 12633.

The 9,822,441 internship dollars are not converted into the UPR fiscal-plan certification El Nuevo Día recounted on June 6, nor into the June 18 budget-violation letter Microjuris published. Fiscal plan, FY2027 budget, and an FY2019-FY2020 remainder are three threads. Robert F. Mujica Jr. signs PROMESA control; there is here no quote of his that this PDF has not highlighted in the ledger. The 13 receiving agencies are not enumerated in this note: the PDF conditions reports, it does not publish the list here. ADSEF's Capitol Office Building is a location fact, not a census of nutritional-assistance beneficiaries.

What remain are ACAA, ADSEF, the 13 agencies, and the quarterly reports. The Junta PDF is at the foot. This is not original reporting.
