Morales seeks consequences against the AAA president; a request, not a court order

Juan Oscar Morales asked the court for harsher measures if AAA keeps missing orders in the San Juan water-service case, floating that if the next report shows noncompliance they should “go get” executive president Luis González Delgado. A request is not a court order. There is no contempt finding in this article. There is no removal. This desk prints the name as Luis González Delgado. Metro’s caption writes “Luis González Santiago”; that error is not copied. A demand on the governing board is not a completed dismissal. Fortaleza’s backing already lives in the Sept. 1 note. An allegation of ignoring recommendations is not a court ruling.
