Carraízo rises on September 1; AAA, USGS, El Vocero, and Telemundo do not print the same elevation
On September 1, 2026, at 7:40 a.m., El Nuevo Día reports, by Andrea Guemárez Soto, the daily Carraízo monitor. The AAA, at 5:00 a.m., puts 37.20 meters, six centimeters above Monday's 37.14, and remains in adjustments. USGS, at 10:45 a.m., according to that body, puts 38.53 meters, 139 centimeters above Monday, over 38.50, observation. Control, 37.00, is not Tuesday's story. This note does not turn it into one.
The pause note, the same 1st, uses USGS at 2:45 p.m.: 38.72 meters. Telemundo Puerto Rico, at another URL, prints USGS near 38.64. El Vocero, the same 1st, stays AAA-only: 37.20, 1.30 meters short of observation. Those are versions. No winner is chosen. They are not averaged. La Plata, on that page, stands at 44.59 meters, eight centimeters less, still in adjustments. Fifteen reservoirs rise; four fall. This desk prints every elevation. They are not fused into one Carraízo.
On Sunday, El Nuevo Día left Carraízo seven centimeters from control: the August 30 monitor. Tuesday's pause lives in another note: temporary pause at Carraízo. This note does not rewrite those. What remains is AAA's 37.20, USGS 38.53, 38.72 and near 38.64, and El Vocero's 37.20. A reader who wants the 7:40 a.m. monitor has the El Nuevo Día URL at the foot. This is not original reporting.
