Board flags numerous violations in PREPA’s draft fiscal plan

The Financial Oversight Board (JSF) required the Puerto Rico Electric Power Authority (PREPA/AEE) to present substantial changes to the fiscal plan proposed for the next five years — amendments the government must meet on or before this Friday.

According to El Nuevo Día, by Manuel Guillama Capella, the Board sent its notice of violations in the draft the prior Friday. The primary’s dek says the government must submit a revised version that Friday.
