González seeks $9,688,345 for five wells; a request, not a Board answer
El Vocero reports Gov. Jenniffer González Colón asked the Oversight Board for $9,688,345 from the Emergency Reserve to evaluate, rehabilitate, and reactivate five public wells. A request is not a response. This note does not invent a Board denial or approval. Vocero lists the wells and a conditional ~5 million gallons per day if they clear review. OE-2026-044 amends the water emergency order; an operational amendment is not the $9,688,345 disbursement.
