Cidra结束五周调整;Carraízo达39.20米接近安全线

On September 11, 2026, NotiCel reports — by Diego Nieves Berríos — the Aqueduct and Sewer Authority’s (AAA) daily reservoir monitoring: the Cidra reservoir leaves operational-adjustment alert after five weeks and moves to observation, at about 400.27 meters of water (+0.05 m). Alert level ≠ end of the drought. This note anchors that September 11 snapshot, not the August 7 rationing plan.

Carraízo (Trujillo Alto) rises 0.13 m to 39.20 meters and sits less than a meter from the safety threshold, still under observation. La Plata (Comerío) records the day’s largest drop (−0.10 m) to 44.14 meters and remains in operational adjustments. Patillas reaches overflow at 66.01 meters (+0.13 m). Also under observation: Río Blanco (Naguabo, 25.34 m) and Fajardo (47.13 m).

Carite and Matrullas each rise 0.16 m (safety). Also rising: Toa Vaca, Guayabal, Garzas, Guayo and Caonillas. Falling: Luchetti, Dos Bocas, Guajataca and Cerrillos. Unchanged: Guineo (overflow) and Loco. Figures from the AAA chart NotiCel cites. This desk does not audit them against AAA’s SCADA.

The National Weather Service warns of Saharan dust (hazy skies, less rain) and keeps an extreme-heat advisory on the Island. Reservoir rise ≠ drought closure; a pause in Carraízo rationing — if it continues — is another operational decision, not this note’s subject.
