On September 10, 2026, Primera Hora published AAA monitoring at 5:00 a.m.: Carraízo (Trujillo Alto) rose 0.05 meters to 39.07 m and remains at observation level. La Plata (Toa Alta) fell 0.08 m to 44.24 m and stays in operational adjustments, though customers on that system are not under rationing.

Cidra, also in adjustments without rationing, rose 0.04 m to 400.22 m. Río Blanco, Carite, Guineo, Matrullas, Guayo and Caonillas also rose. NWS anticipated a tropical wave with limited showers and then Saharan dust with hazy skies and drier conditions toward the weekend.
